- 4 palitos cangrejo (surimi)
- 150 g sofrito (también se vende preparado en supermercados)
- 4 huevos
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal

- Aceitamos un molde de silicona, en mi caso con forma de estrella.
- Cocemos al vapor la calabaza hasta que esté muy tierna.
- Dejamos enfriar la calabaza para no quemarnos, desechamos su piel y sus semillas, la troceamos y la colocamos en un recipiente para triturarla con la batidora.
- Añadimos los huevos, sal y un generoso chorro de aceite de oliva a la calabaza troceada, trituramos con la batidora hasta obtener una textura de puré.
- Volcamos esta mezcla en el molde de silicona, dejando un hueco en el centro donde colocaremos el sofrito (para darle un toke diferente de sabor).
- Alrededor del sofrito colocamos los palitos de cangrejo troceado a rodajitas.
- Horneamos a 160º C con calor arriba y abajo unos 60 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un palillo la estrella de calabaza, este salga limpio.
- Desmoldar y servir caliente.
- Se puede trocear en la cocina o que cada comensal corte el trozo que desee en la mesa.
