  3. Deshinchar, amasar ligeramente y dividir en 9 porciones del mismo tamaño. Amasar y formar pequeñas bolas. Colocarlas en el molde, (yo usé uno de 20 x 20 cm) separadas por unos 5 mm. Pintar con huevo, cubrir con un paño húmedo y dejar que vuelvan a levar, alrededor de 45-60 min.
  4. Precalentar el horno a 200ºC. Volver a pintar con huevo y hornear, bajando la temperatura a 180ºC, unos 20 minutos, hasta que se hayan dorado bien. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla.
