- Cuando esté caliente, vamos añadiendo la masa al aceite, yo tengo un cazito pequeño para buñuelos, también podéis usar el saca bolas de los helados, más que nada para que nos salgan todos más o menos redonditos y con la misma cantidad de masa, si no tenéis, no pasa nada, dos cucharas nos valen también.
- Cuando estén dorados los vamos sacando a un plato con papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de aceite y aún calientes los rebozamos con azúcar glass mezclada con una pizca de canela, si os resulta más cómodo, ponéis el azúcar en un colador y expolvoreais por encima, servir templados y disfrutarlos que son deliciosos, tevasapuntar.
