  2. Coger un poco de agua de la coccion y deshacemos la levadura. En un bol grande ponemos la mitad de la harina y le añadimos el agua con la levadura y removemos con la mano hasta que este integrado, añadimos el pure de calabaza y seguimos mezclando con la mano.
  3. Añadir un poco mas de agua y iremos echando la harina poco a poco hasta obtener una masa mas bien espesa, trabajamos la masa batiendo con la mano unos 5 minutos, añadir el sobre de gasificante y removemos bien para integrarlo.
  4. Reservamos la masa tapado con un paño en un lugar calido durante 30 minutos hasta que triplique su volumen.
  5. En una sarten tipo bol o sarten grande poner los 2 litros de aceite a caletar, cuando este muy caliente vamos tomando porciones de la masa y con el dedo gordo hacemos el aguejero, (si no os sale el aguejero no pasa nada) y haremos los buñuelos hasta que esten dorados.
