  3. Se añade la patata cortada en dados y se sofríe un poco revolviendo.
  4. Se añade agua cubriendo todo con dos o más dedos de agua por encima y se rectifica con la sal. También se puede añadir un poco de pimienta negra.
  5. Cuando empieza a hervir se añade un taco de panceta con mucha veta, bacalao o jamón natural que se retirará después de la cocción.
  6. Llevar a hervir y bajar el fuego para cocer a fuego medio entre 30 y 40 minutos.
  7. En éste caso, he frito costilla de cerdo en trozos y la he añadido a la cocción. Si no tienes o no te gusta el bacalao, el cerdo le va muy bien.
