  8. 1 buen trozo de cerdo
  9. 1 chorizo
  10. 1 morcilla
  11. 1 trozo tocino añejo
  12. 1 hueso jamón o 1 fresco de ternera
  13. 4 dientes ajo
  14. 1 cucharada pimentón
  15. sal y pimienta
  16. 1 pimiento choricero o carne de este

  1. En la olla a presión o rápida, ponemos los garbanzos remojados desde la noche anterior, con el hueso, el tocino, el trozo de cerdo y el pollo, todo entero, más o menos una 1/2 hora.(olla rápida)
  2. Cortamos la col, la zanahoria y la calabaza en trozos pequeños.
    La patata la cortamos chascada.
  3. Cuando termine lo de la olla, sacamos el hueso y las carnes de pollo y cerdo. Si el tocino esta ya blando también.
    Ponemos toda la verdura con los garbanzos y las patatas y cocemos hasta que este la verdura, pero ya sin cerrar la olla.
  4. Hacemos un majado con los ajos, la sal. pimienta y la carne de pimiento choriceros. Añadirlo al potaje, que cueza un poco.
  5. Por último incorporamos las carnes, el tocino, y el chorizo y morcilla. Dejándolo todo un ratito más hasta que se haga la morcilla y el chorizo.
  6. Servimos el potaje por un lado y la pringá aparte(Carnes, chorizo, morcilla y tocino)
    También podemos trocearlo todo y servirlo junto al potaje.
