Dejamos cocer a fuego lento, tapado, hasta que el arroz este tierno y este absorba toda el agua (si no está bastante tierno el arroz añadir medio vasito más de agua).
  5. Una vez cocida la calabaza, con la ayuda de un saca bolas o una cucharilla, sacamos las semillas de la calabaza y rellenamos con el arroz. Calentar unos 15-20 minutos a fuego medio antes de servir. Se puede espolvorear con queso y gratinar, dependiendo del gusto del comensal.
