- Salpimentamos y Sellamos en una cazuela con aceite los muslos, marcando primero por la parte abierta por dónde lo hemos rellenado, una vez marcados por ambos lados añadimos el vino y el caldo de pollo reservando un poco para las judías, dejamos al fuego hasta que reduzca los jugos y este cocinando por dentro, iremos dando la vuelta de vez en cuando
- Cortamos la otra cebolla en juliana y los ajos laminado y los incorporamos a la sartén con un poco de aceite, sazonamos y le incorporamos las judías, salteamos y añadimos el caldo de pollo que habíamos reservado incorporamos un chorrito de vinagre, dejamos hasta que se consuma el jugo,(ya lo tendremos todo listo para emplatar) la poquita salsa que ha quedado del pollo la pasamos por un colador y la añadimos por encima del pollo
