  3. 400g calabaza, 400 calabacín
  4. 200 nabo
  5. 400 zanahorias

  9. 1 bote pequeño garbanzos (conserva)
  10. perejil
  11. cilantro
  12. 1 guindilla picante
  13. 3 dientes ajo
  14. sal, colorante
  15. pimentón
  16. jengibre
  17. pimienta
  18. 1 hoja laurel
  19. rass el hanout
  20. aceite de oliva
  21. 1 poco de matequilla

  1. Empezamos sofriendo 1 cebolla y 1 diente de ajo picado, en una sartén cuando se dore la cebolla le añadimos el cilantro y el perejil y un poco de cada una de las especias...
  2. Cogemos el pollo lo rellenamos con el sofrito, lo cerramos bien, y lo untamos con un poco de mantequilla, un poco de colorante, y lo doramos en una olla.
  3. Cuando este el pollo bien doradiko, le añadimos las hortalizas (cortadas de la manara en la que aparecen en la foto)... lo sofreímos todo un poco (5 min como mucho), y lo cubrimos con agua...salamos, le echamos los 2 dientes de ajo que nos sobran, las especias (todo a ojo)... Y dejamos cocer...(hasta que estén CASI las hortalizas)
  4. Le añadimos el bote de garbanzos, se deja 10 min mas y lo quitamos del fuego ...
  5. Por otra parte: hacemos el couscous tal y como nos indican las instrucciones del paquete.
  6. Cuando tengamos el couscous echo. Lo ponemos en un plato y ponemos un trozo de pollo encima y las hortalizas repartidas... lo mojamos todo con la salsa que hemos obtenido cociendo el pollo y las verduras..... Y que aproveche señores/as
