  1. Se hace una infusión con 200 ml de agua y 3 cucharaditas de Rooibos. Dejar infusionar 6 m'. Cortar las manzanas y poner el Rooibos dentro, cocer 10' y dejar enfriar.
  2. Cuando este cocido, se le añade la miel y se tritura con un tenedor. Se deja enfriar del todo.
  3. En un cuenco se mezclan todos los cereales y frutos secos menos el coco y las bajas de goji. Luego se le añade el puré de manzanas y se mezcla muy bien.
  4. Con el horno precalentando a 170°, se pone todo en una bandeja y se hornea 25'. Se va removiendo cada 10'. Cuando pase el tiempo se le añade el coco, las bajas y 2 cucharaditas de Rooibos, se remueve todo y se deja unos 3'.
  5. Se saca, se deja enfriar por completo y se mete en botes de cristal. Esta granola se conserva fresca durante un mes...eso sí...si no te la comes antes.😘
