- Cuando veamos que la carne se ha estodado bien añadiremos las patatas y subiremos el fuego para que trabe el caldo, se mezcle bien las grasas y las feculas.
- Pasados unos 15 minutos podremos, añadir agua si vemos que nos vamos a quedar cortos, puesto que el siguiente paso es agregar el arroz y este plato es un arroz más bien caldoso.
- Si le hemos puesto más agua, esperaremos a vuelva a hervir, rectificaremos de sal y añadiremos el arroz y las morcillas; dejandolo 3 minutos a fuego fuerte otros 4 a fuego lento, apagar, reposar y a disfrutarlo
