Sumé dos tazas más de agua (puede ser caldo) y la taza de arroz integral. Bajar el fuego y dejar que se cocine, si pide más agua, ir agregando de media taza, e ir revolviendo
- Una vez que el arroz esta en su punto, agregar 1 cucharada de manteca (si su nutricionista lo permite) servir con queso rallado. Y listo!!!
