Ir agregando de a poco los ñoquis dejándolos cocinar hasta que flotan e ir sacándolos inmediatamente ya que si se los deja mucho tiempo flotando pueden quedar duritos! Colocarlo en una fuente con un poco de aceite o manteca o directamente ya con la salsa de preferencia. En mi caso prepare salsa de tomate y lo espolveree con queso rallado. Espero les guste!
