  3. Cuando todo está bien mezclado lo vertemos en el molde con el caramelo. Lo tapamos y este molde debemos ponerlo dentro de otra cazuela con agua y cocinarlo a baño María por 2h. Pasado este tiempo revisamos y para saber si ya está metemos un cuchillo fino por el centro y si sale limpio ya lo podemos apagar. Si no lo dejamos por un poco más de tiempo.
  4. Luego póngalo en el refrigerador por al menos 6 horas y pasado ese tiempo o más si lo desea puede desmoldarlo
